The next General Manager will assume the leadership of a forward-thinking organization dedicated to providing the highest quality of service to the 42,000 water and 32,000 wastewater customers in the Elsinore Valley service area. The next General Manager will oversee a FY 2019 budget of $101,647,979 including CIP of $16,398,607 and support and encourage an excellent staff of 169 authorized full-time positions (current 159).
This position requires a Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s Degree is preferred. Additionally, 10 years of progressively responsible administrative or staff experience in a private or public organization with at least 5 years of experience in a high level administrative or executive capacity involving responsibility for planning, organizing, directing, and financing a varied work program and preferably involved in water and wastewater systems and technologies is required.
