With an annual budget of approximately $475.5 million for all funds and approximately 1,080 full-time and part-time employees, the City of Beverly Hills has a long-standing reputation for providing superior customer service to residents, businesses, and visitors. Reporting to the City Manager, the Deputy City Manager leads City-wide projects and programs and provides ongoing assistance and support to the City Manager, Assistant City Manager, and City Council. Additionally, the Deputy City Manager acts as the administrative point of contact for other City employees and outside organizations and handles special projects and leads efforts on behalf of the City to achieve various initiatives. A Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of increasingly responsible experience in municipal management with 2 years of experience in leading complex projects and program areas along with supervision of professional and administrative level staff. A Master’s degree is preferred. Annual salary for this position will be $167,544 to $209,424 plus an excellent benefits package, including CalPERS retirement.
