This is a full-service organization including police and fire with a full complement of staff (227 FTEs), All Funds budget of $69 million (including $14.6 million of capital projects) plus an enviable AAA bond rating. Requires a Bachelor’s degree plus significant and relevant senior leadership experience in a government agency. A Master’s degree, advanced degrees, or certification(s) may be a plus. The annual salary offered for this position will be highly compensated and very competitive for the region and will be dependent on qualifications, experience, and overall career history. Relocation/moving expenses and temporary housing assistance may be offered. A benefits package including retirement provided by the Ohio Public Employee Retirement System (OPERS) will be offered. The City does not participate in Social Security.
