The Building Services Officer is a director-level position within the City of Austin and reports to the Deputy City Manager. Minimum qualifications required are graduation with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field; and at least five years of experience of related experience in facilities maintenance management, including three years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity. A Master’s degree may substitute for up to two years of the required experience. Salary range is $143,000-$153,000, DOQ, in addition to an excellent benefits package.
