Minimum qualifications required for this position are graduation with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field; and at least four years of experience of related experience in facilities maintenance or management, including two years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity. A Master’s degree may substitute for experience up to one year of the required non-supervisory experience. The salary is $121,000 to $131,000, DOQ, in addition to an excellent benefits package.
