Bring your A-game and join the leadership team of Inland Empire Utilities Agency as the financial and strategic AGM overseeing the Finance and Information Technology Divisions (52 Staff). Key to this role will be driving organizational change on an agency-wide basis combined with high-level financial oversight, fiscal planning, capital project financing, and technology enhancements. Reporting to the General Manager, the AGM will provide leadership and direction to division staff ensuring a high-performance, service-oriented environment that aligns with the Agency’s mission, vision, goals, values, and organizational culture. Total Agency staff is budgeted for 302 FTEs with $392 million Total Use of Funds for FY2022/23.
Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of progressively responsible experience is required. Master’s degree is preferred. Specific high-level experience working for a city, county, special district, or utility is preferred combined with personal style that embraces change management and thrives in a dynamic environment.
This is an at will position with a salary range of $209,994 to $255,858 DOQE. Placement within this range will be DOQE. Executive level benefits are offered including CalPERS retirement.
