With its high elevation and electricity generating wind turbines highlighting the scenic landscape, this city enjoys a real sense of pride with involved citizenry, plentiful array of outdoor activities, vibrant creative arts programs, and a focus on preserving the quality of life and the beauty of this region. The City Council is seeking an energetic and engaging leader to manage the organization, address smart growth principles, and provide on-going leadership on a regional basis. Top candidates will have a demonstrated record of success in the areas of economic development, redevelopment, infrastructure, and public finance. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply. California experience is preferred. Salary range of $140,000 - $150,000 or higher based on qualifications and experience.
