The Administrative
Office of the Courts is recruiting for a Division Director –
Office of Court Construction and Management (OCCM). The Division
Director, OCCM reports to the Chief Deputy Director, Administrative
Office of the Courts, and under policy guidance, directs the personnel
and programs of court construction and management regarding policies,
design, land ac-quisition, construction, and operations/maintenance
of new and existing court facilities. A degree in architecture, engineering,
facilities planning, or construction management is required. Regis-tration
as a professional engineer or architect is preferred. An advanced degree
in any of the mentioned fields or business administration is preferable.
In addition, eight years of executive or administrative experience that
includes responsibility for the design and/or construction of new facilities
or the planning and coordination of capital projects and/or facilities
operations and maintenance is required. The salary range is $132,084
to $179,400 per year with an outstanding benefits package. This position
is open until filled; however, first review of resumes will take place
