The Water Employee Services Authority (WESA) is conducting a regional search for the position of Director of Operations. Ideal candidates must have a proven track record of proactive, hands-on, participative management experience and possess excellent interpersonal, problem solving, communication, leadership, and financial management skills. This position will report to the General Manager and is responsible for all functions of the Operations Department and is directly responsible for a staff of 89 full-time employees, with an operating budget of over $39 million. The salary range for this position is up to $167,292 per year with an excellent benefits package including a car allowance of $600 per month. Placement within the salary range will be based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
