Bear Valley Community Services District seeks a talented Administrative Services Director, who will be given considerable opportunity to leave a lasting impact upon this exclusive, gated, community whose membership has included professional athletes, actors, and even a former United States President. Under direction of the General Manager, the Administrative Services Director plans, manages, oversees, and directs the operations and services of the Administrative Services Department that includes comprehensive municipal finance, human resources, risk management, information services, and contract postal unit. Requires the equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of increasingly responsible experience in municipal financial management, administration, human resources, risk management and/or information technology, with at least 3 years in an administrative, management, or supervisory capacity. A Master’s degree and/or a CPA is desired. The annual salary is $102,840 to $131,244, including CalPERS retirement.
